Through extensive user research, product design, user testing and feedback analysis, we revamped the platform's interface for buyers and sellers, optimizing account management, product discovery and checkout processes.
The outcome was a 30% increase in transactions and a 20% rise in user retention, solidifying the platform's position as a preferred destination for online commerce.
